We use your information to provide the signing workflow, secure contract access, maintain audit records, and communicate about contract activity such as reminders or completed signatures.

We may also use aggregated product usage data to improve reliability, security, and product decisions, but we do not sell your personal information.

Signed PDFs, original uploads, and related certificate or audit data are stored so you can retrieve completed documents and verify the signing history of a contract.

You are responsible for uploading documents you are authorized to manage and for complying with any legal or business retention requirements that apply to your work.
